Terms of Membership
These terms govern your use of Heart Match. By joining, you accept them.
1. Eligibility
Heart Match is for adults aged 40 and over who are legally free to date. You must provide accurate information about your age, marital status and identity. One account per person.
2. Conduct
Treat other members with the courtesy you would expect. Harassment, hate speech, solicitation, commercial promotion and requests for money are grounds for immediate and permanent removal.
3. Photos and content
Upload only photos of yourself that you own. Nudity, images of children as the primary subject, and images of other identifiable adults without consent are not permitted.
4. Messaging standards
First messages have a minimum length so that conversations begin properly. We may rate-limit or review accounts that send high volumes of near-identical messages.
5. Membership and billing
Paid memberships renew automatically at the end of each term until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings; access continues to the end of the paid period. Statutory refund rights are unaffected.
6. Safety
We verify photos and review reports, but we do not conduct criminal background checks. Meet in public, tell a friend where you are going, and never send money to another member.
7. Suspension
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, put members at risk, or are used fraudulently. Where possible we will tell you why.
8. Liability
Heart Match provides the introduction service only. We are not responsible for the conduct of members offline. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
